Whether you need a venue for a small informal meeting, team building exercise, formal conference, incentive event or product launch, Ballathie can accommodate them all. All events can be bespoke to your own personal requirements at competitive rates.

Meetings can be held in the Main House or Riverside Building, all overlooking the River Tay and supported by our friendly and highly professional team.

We can also source a wide range of team building and incentive activities such as quad biking, archery, falconry, team games and much much more. All activities are held on our own private estate venue under qualified instruction. We will be pleased to create an exciting package to suit all budgets.

Equipment
Audio visual equipment included in the Day Delegate Rate and Room Hire charges include Overhead Projector, Screen, Colour Television and Video, Flipcharts, Paper and Pens.  We also have a NEC XGA LCD Projector available though there is an additional charge for this.

Non-residential Day Delegate Rates
Our non-residential Day Delegate Rate starts from £38.50 per person, per day inclusive of:

  • Meeting room hire
  • One serving of morning tea/coffee and biscuits
  • Two course lunch, served or buffet either in a Private Room or in the Restaurant
  • One serving of afternoon tea/coffee and biscuits
  • Audio visual equipment (see above)
  • Table accessories (writing paper/implements, sweets, water, glasses and cordial)
  • VAT at 17.5%

Residential Delegate Rates
Our residential Delegate Rate starts from £160 per person (special offer until 28th May 2010), per night inclusive of:

  • Overnight accommodation in a standard en-suite bedroom
  • Four course dinner served either in a Private Room or in the Restaurant
  • Full Scottish Breakfast
  • Meeting room hire
  • One serving of morning tea/coffee and biscuits
  • Two course lunch, served or buffet either in a Private Room or in the Restaurant
  • One serving of afternoon tea/coffee and biscuits
  • Audio visual equipment (see above)
  • Table accessories (writing paper/implements, sweets, water, glasses and cordial)
  • VAT at 17.5%

 

Day Delegate Rates

£35pp for 8 hours, including:

  • Lunch
  • Room hire
