Enjoy a selection of the finest Aberdeen Angus beef from Ballathie Estate. Our beef is beautifully marbled, slowly matured on a natural diet and treated with the utmost respect. We hang our beef for 28 days before it is butchered. This ensures that our beef is extremely tender.

The pack is made up of the following:

• 1 Topside roast (1kg)
• 1 Silverside roast (1kg)
• 4 Sirloin steaks (400g per pack of 2)
• 4 Rump steaks (400g per pack of 2)
• 4 Rib eye steaks (400g per pack of 2)
• Steak mince (2kg packed in 500g bags)
• Stewing steak (2kg packed in 500g bags)
• Sausages (1kg)
• Beef burgers ¼ pounders (8)
