Head Chef, Andrew Wilkie, brings together the finest produce from Perth, around Perthshire and beyond to create a fresh twist onScotland’s classic cuisine. Both the lunch and dinner menus change daily to bring the best of the market or catch of the day straight to your plate.
Find the perfect match for your meal from over 350 wines, with a dozen available by the glass. Our Hotel Restaurant Manager is always on hand with helpful advice, while you dine out on all you’ve seen and done that day.
Our elegant Dining Room overlooking the River Tay is open daily for Lunch from 12.30pm to 2.00pm and for Dinner between 7.00pm and 9.00pm. Booking is advisable.
