Arrive in plenty of time to settle into your room before relaxing
by the fireside and enjoying a fabulous Afternoon Tea selection by
the fireside. Bedrooms will be ready from 3pm onwards.
Included in our Festive package is a welcome pre-dinner aperitif
which you can enjoy in the Drawing room or inner hall, whilst we
prepare for the evening ahead. Local carol singers will bring
some festive cheer and entertain you beside the Christmas Tree,
before making your way to a very special Christmas Eve dinner in
For those who wish to attend church, there is a watch-night
service at nearby Kinclaven Church, Perthshire (transport
provided). Mulled wine and mince pies will be served on return from
the church. Please be sure to leave a dram for Santa !
By the magic of Christmas, Santa visits Ballathie in the wee
hours of the morning, leaving gifts to awaken to. Start the
day with a hearty Christmas morning breakfast. Take part in our
exciting Treasure Hunt with treats along the way or just relax with
your family and friends opening presents. Perhaps have a drive in
the beautiful Perthshire countryside, a leisurely walk in the
grounds or sit by the fire and play traditional board games and
enjoy the gentler way of life.
Afternoon Tea and a selection of sandwiches will be available
from 4.00pm. We serve the same Christmas menu for lunch and dinner,
so recommend that our resident guests take Dinner as an option as
lunchtime is very busy with non-residents.
Join us for a glass of Champagne and canapes before making your
way into the restaurant to enjoy a sumptuous feast - accompanied by
hats and crackers.

Breakfast from 7.30 - 9.30am Spend the day at leisure with
a stroll through our woodland walk trail, or take a short trip
north and visit The House of Bruar - known as the Harrods of the
North - a delight for those who enjoy a spot of shopping, the
journey takes you through some of the most spectacular scenery to
be found anywhere in Scotland. Perhaps you would like to
arrange tickets for Perth's popular Pantomime, which this year is
Sleeping Beauty - the Matinee begins at 2pm. Tickets

Please let us know if you require a table for lunch as the
dining room can be very busy with non-residents.
Afternoon Tea will be available from 3pm - 5pm. Another
delightful Dinner menu selection from Chef Scott Scorer and his
team will be served from 7pm-9pm.
Enjoy another hearty breakfast at leisure before we bid you a fond
farewell. If you would like to extend your visit, and stay a
few more nights over the weekend, we are very happy to extend our
winter weekend rate to you.

extend a Room and Breakfast only Christmas break tariff, with the
option to dine with us for Christmas Day lunch and/or Boxing Day
