Drinks expert Keith Bonnington, founder of 'Wild Island Botanic Gin' will be conducting a pairing 'flight' created in partnership with Iain Burnett, the 'Highland Chocolatier' and producer of the World's Best Truffles.
Wild Island Botanic Gin, awarded a Gold Medal at the recent International Wines and Spirits competition is made from 100% British wheat for a soft sweet base spirit, five times distilled for purity and infused with hand gathered botanicals from the wild Hebridean island of Colonsay.
The complex citrus, floral and spicy-sweet characters of the gin are enhanced by presenting a different serve with four distinct truffles, taking you on a journey of flavour and aroma.
