Rates:- D.B.B. Rate per person, per night includes 4 course Dinner with coffee, full Scottish Breakfast, bedroom refreshments and VAT at 17.5%.
- B&B As above with the exception of Dinner.
- For stays of 3 nights or more: approx 10%.

Sportsman's Lodge
A separate building used by sporting guests, which has a 3 star 'Lodge' grading by VisitScotland. All rooms have private bathroom and amenities, freeview T.V., radio alarm, direct dial telephone with modem point, wireless internet access and refreshment facilities. The Suite/Apartment also has a kitchen with breakfast bar and a separate sitting room.

Information and Booking Conditions
Reservations must be confirmed in writing or guaranteed by credit card. A cancellation charge will be made for non-arrivals and cancellations within 7 days of day of arrival, if we are unable to re-let accommodation.
Children
Supper menu available at 6.00pm by prior arrangement, this menu is not available after7pm.Children's portions of Dinner menu available at 2/3 published price. No high chairs or young children allowed in the Dining room at Dinner.
Dogs
A charge of £10.00 per dog, per stay will apply. We request that you advise us in advance if bringing a dog. Dogs are not allowed in Master Rooms and must be kept under control at all times, please do not leave them unattended in the room. We reserve the right to charge for special cleaning and compensation for loss or damage in rooms.
Check-in
Is normally after 2.00pm. If earlier check-in is required, please enquire in advance.
Late Arrivals
Please inform us if likely to be after 9.00pm. Late supper must be arranged in advance.
Check-out
Rooms should be vacated by 11.00am on the day of departure.
Restaurant Opening Times
Breakfast - 7.30am - 9.30am
Lunch - 12.30pm - 2.00pm
Dinner - 7.00pm - 9.00pm
Dress for Dinner
Gentlemen are requested to wear a jacket in the dining room for dinner. Sporting Wear, Jeans/T-shirts are not acceptable in the evening.
Smoking
All our rooms are non-smoking. Please note that smoking in public areas is forbidden by law in Scotland.
Payment
Accounts are payable upon departure. Cheques are accepted with a current U.K. bank card. All major credit and debit cards accepted.
