Booking Terms & Conditions
On advance purchase rates a credit or debit card is required to
charge full prepayment at the time of booking. This is
non-refundable and non-transferable.
For all other reservations, 25% of the total booking cost is
required to confirm the initial reservation. All deposits are
non-refundable. There will be no further cancellation charge
if the booking is cancelled before 09.00 GMT 2 days before your
date of arrival. If the booking is cancelled later, or in the
case of a no-show, the first night's accommodation will be charged
in addition to the non-refundable deposit.
We would advise guests to take out Travel Insurance against
Supper menu available at 6.00pm by prior arrangement, this menu
is not available after 7.00pm. Children's portions of Dinner
menu available at 2/3 published price. No high chairs or
young children allowed in the Dining room at Dinner
A charge of £20.00 per dog, per stay will apply. We
request that you advise us in advance if bringing a dog. Dogs
are not allowed in Public Areas or Master Rooms and must be kept
under control at all times, please do not leave them unattended in
the room. We reserve the right to charge for special cleaning
and compensation for loss or damage in the rooms.
Is normally after 2.00pm. If earlier check-in is required,
please enquire in advance.
Please inform us if you are likely to be after 9.00pm.
Late suppers must be arranged in advance
Rooms should be vacated by 11.00am on the day of
departure. A charge will be levied for late check-outs.

Whilst many gentleman choose to wear a jacket and tie in the
restaurant in the evening, this is not obligatory and merely a

Accounts are payable upon departure. Cheques are accepted
with a current U.K. bank card. All major credit and debit
cards accepted, with the exception of American Express, which
unfortunately we can no longer accept.
